Excursion to Radha Krishna Temple
On January 3, 2014, we, all the students of class 3 from Galaxy Public School, went on excursion to Radha Krishna temple.We reached the temple on Friday morning. The priests told us a story about Lord Krishna, made us dance and sing songs. There were many statues, pictures, trees, flowers etc. We enjoyed the trip to the temple and learned the story of Lord Krishna. Sri Radha Krishna Temple, also known as ISKCON temple, was established on Baishak 1st, 2054 in Nepal. The temple is located in Bhudhanilkantha at the bank of Visnumati river on the lap of Shivapuri Conservation area.It has 50 ropanies of land including temple, guest house, garden, gausala, restaurant etc. In this temple the deities of Sri Radha Govinda Hari, Jagannath, Baladev, Suvadra and Gaur Nitae are worshiped.
